Master Developers was formed in 2004 as a land acquisition arm of Design Group/ASBI.ย  Its purpose is to search for hard to find properties in locations with unique qualities as a “shovel ready” offering to clients planning a new custom home.ย  Combined with services from Design Group and ASBI, Master Developers brings a new level of convenience to our clients by providing all aspects of service under the guidance of one entity for the acquisition, approval and development of unique properties and custom homes.

Three one acre lots, fully approved and engineered.ย  Situated on the west side of River Road, avg. 180′ in elevation above the Hudson River, the poverty view faces east and the Hudson River.ย  Our rendered sub-division map shows “conceptual” residential and site layouts as determined by our office from extensive field data.

The renderings and photos of homes shown below indicate a range of design styles and “suggestions” of what could be developed.ย  Ultimately, the setting, size, style and design of each home will be “Client Specific” and determined by your desire for views, privacy, entertaining and other lifestyle factors.ย  These unknown factors, when developed, will define and direct the design of each home that will take it beyond the term “custom” to one that can truly beย  called “unique, one of a kind.”
